The short version

This site is for grown-ups. We keep the little you type into our forms, use it to write back to you, and never sell it.

What we collect

The free printables need no email to read or download.

What we use it for

To send book news and new printable activities to people who joined, and to answer people who wrote to us. Nothing else.

Where it is kept and who sees it

What you send is kept in a database on Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site. A copy of each form is also emailed to the people who run the site: Joey Ignoffo and Hines Creative, the studio that built it. We do not sell, rent or give your information to anyone else.

Keeping spam out

When a form is sent, the site keeps a one-way code made from your connection and a secret only the site knows, so it can slow down automated spam. Without that secret the code cannot be matched to your address, and every code older than a day is deleted each time a form is sent.

Counting visits

We do not count visits with any tool that follows people around, and this site does not set cookies.

Leaving the list

Use “Leave the list” at the bottom of any page, or write to hello@peculiarplaybook.com. We take you off the list. If you want a message you sent us deleted, write to the same address and we will delete it.

Children

This site is written for parents, coaches, teachers and librarians. We do not ask children for any information and we do not knowingly collect it. If a child’s information reaches us, write to us and we will delete it.
