The Tallest Heart

by Joey Ignoffo. Illustrated by Hines Creative.

In The Tallest Heart, Clark is the littlest goat in a basketball family. On the way to his first practice, his dad asks him a question: are you going to be a thermometer, or a thermostat?

For children ages 4 to 7. An illustrated picture book.

For a coach

Clark never scores thirty points. He changes the temperature of the gym instead. The Peculiar Lesson puts that into three short pieces a team can hear in a huddle. The lesson, the discussion guide, the Thermostat Challenge, and two coloring pages are free to print. No email.
